Therapy is a term used to describe the work done by medically trained psychiatrists, psychologists or clinicians who treat their patients for mental disorders as defined by industry manuals such as DSM or ICD. Once your completed assessment form had been received, you will be contacted by a Certified Professional Coach who will assess in more detail exactly what your primary goals are.The coach will prepare a written vision statement for you outlining the communicated goals for the purposes of clarifying your vision and empowering you. This vision statement will be used in future coaching sessions if you decide to commit to future coaching sessions. The prepared vision statement will be emailed to clients within 72 hours of the assessment session. You may decide to continue to work with your initial coach on a mutually defined schedule or your coach may refer you to a specialized coach depending on your unique requirements. For example, if your primary goal is to build more confidence in the financial part of your life, you may be referred to a Money Coach who specializes in financial well-being.

Typically we schedule weekly sessions with our clients so they have time to reflect and execute on their weekly goals between sessions. We will work with you as long as needed. Some goals are accomplish is a few weeks and others need more time. Typically as you follow one strategy in an area of your life and accomplish your objective, you may look to other areas to optimize them as well, with the goal of getting a balanced life.
